Customer Appreciation Award

If you are pleased with Columbia Utilities, why not refer us to your friends or your loved ones? In order to show our customers how much we really appreciate their business, Columbia Utilities began the Customer Appreciation Award program. This program is designed for all of our Electricity, Natural Gas and Fuel Oil customers. This program enables our current customers to have their friends and or relatives join Columbia Utilities.

It's easy to earn your Customer Appreciation Award! You can simply call the office and tell one of our Customer Service Representatives who you are and who you would like to recommend to Columbia Utilities. Or you can simply fill out the Customer Appreciation Award that comes with your monthly bill and send it to the office.

Once your friend or relative is signed up with Columbia Utilities and starts receiving our services, you are entitled to your Award. If you recommend an Oil customer, we will give you $100. If you recommend a Natural Gas customer, we will give you $50. If you recommend an Electricity customer, we will give you $25. There is no limit to the amount of people you, as our customer, can recommend!

Service to the recommended, new customer must initiate and customer must receive a minimum of one bill before the customer appreciation award can be given. Accounts that are not receiving service from Columbia Utilities, or whose service is ending with Columbia Utilities are not entitled to the customer appreciation award.
