Columbia Utilities may provide you with the opportunity to participate in our Loyalty Credit Promotion, under which you can earn credits toward your supply charges (excluding delivery charges which are charged by your utility, taxes and other fees) (“Supply Charges”) for Columbia Utilities electricity or natural gas services (“Loyalty Credits”). The way in which our Loyalty Credit Promotion works is described below in question and answer format for ease of reading. Those questions and answers constitute the terms and conditions governing the Loyalty Credit Promotion and your participation in it (the “Loyalty Credit Promotion Terms”).

By participating in the Loyalty Credit Promotion for any of your Columbia Utilities electricity or natural gas accounts (each, an “Account”), you agree to these Loyalty Credit Promotion Terms with respect to such Account.
